Jennica's eclectic background in the healing field gives way to a unique perspective of how we can rediscover our balance by integrating the mind, body, and spirit. She has a private practice in San Diego where she facilitates somatic tension and trauma release, sexual wellness coaching and sacred sexuality through ancient Tantric practices and modern day sexology.

Sita Rose is a spirit seeker, space holder, and music maker. Based in San Diego, CA, she is an expressive performer skilled at crafting melodic medicine derived from the heart. She draws from her background as a board certified music therapist, devotional singer, and reiki & yoga practitioner to elevate consciousness and promote peace.
Q: What is Intrinsic Tantra?
A: Intrinsic Tantra integrates ancient tantric practices, body-informed movement, breath techniques, modern day sexology, meditation, and tension release for full-on intimacy with life itself. These practices foster authentic connection with self and others by expanding our capacity for experiencing and expressing our unique beingness. This is so much more than what we think of when we hear the words, "sex" and "sexuality". This is a rediscover of who we are in the context of an ecstatic universe.

Q: What is Neurogenic Yoga?
A: Neurogenic Yoga is a simple, gentle and profound practice that facilities the lengthening and relaxation of the psoas muscle and the release of physical and emotional stress and tension. During a Neurogenic Yoga practice, we safely self induce therapeutic vibration using gentle movement and breath. Often vibration begins in the legs and may spread throughout the entire body. This method is based on Dr. David Berceli’s technique of Trauma Releasing Exercises® (TRE®).
This workshop will be light on yoga postures, and will mainly use breath and gentle movement to induce the natural shaking mechanism.
Q: What can I bring into the event?
A: Please bring a blanket and a pillow or zafu to sit comfortably on the floor. Also, you are welcome to bring something special to add to our altar. This is optional and you will get the item back!
